I do not currently have availability to take on new clients - though am operating a waiting list.

Counsellor / psychotherapist offering both short-term and open-ended therapy for individuals in central Winchester.

My professional, post graduate training was completed at Roehampton University and is integrative - a progressive form of psychotherapy that combines different therapeutic tools and approaches to fit the unique needs of the individual client. "Integrative counselling aims to promote healing and facilitate wholeness - ensuring that all levels of a person's being and functioning (mental, physical and emotional health) are maximised to their full potential." - read more about integrative therapy here

Providing a safe, confidential and compassionate space, I aim to facilitate clients to meet the challenges they are encountering and to empower them to draw on their strengths, so that progress is sustained after therapy has been concluded.

I am committed to transparent verbal and written communication with clients.
