I do not currently have availability for new clients.

I offer individual therapy for adults and young people (16+). My professional training is integrative - a progressive form of psychotherapy that combines a range of therapeutic tools and approaches to fit the needs of the individual client.

"Integrative counselling aims to promote healing and facilitate wholeness - ensuring that all levels of a person's being and functioning (mental, physical and emotional health) are maximised to their full potential. Clients must be committed to self-reflection / exploration and be open to identifying what factors in their life are perpetuating problems, and/or are causing current concerns." - Read more about integrative therapy here
