Training | Qualifications| Experience:

As a counsellor / psychotherapist, I offer therapy for individuals in central Winchester. I believe therapy offers an opportunity to engage in a process of self-exploration in order to understand and know yourself more fully and to therefore live more fully, more authentically and in alignment with your true self.

My professional, post graduate training was completed at Roehampton University and is integrative - a progressive form of psychotherapy that combines different therapeutic tools and approaches to fit the unique needs of the individual client. "Integrative counselling aims to promote healing and facilitate wholeness - ensuring that all levels of a person's being and functioning (mental, physical and emotional health) are maximised to their full potential." - read more about integrative therapy here
