Sarah Ryan MBACP.

I'm a fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist offering short and long-term therapy for individuals in central Winchester.

My professional, post graduate training was completed at Roehampton University and is integrative - a progressive form of psychotherapy that combines different therapeutic tools and approaches to fit the unique needs of the individual client. With a range of experience; having worked within the NHS as a therapist and in private practice - I offer counselling and psychotherapy to a range of clients. Both short and long-term counselling is available.

As a registered member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) I am bound by its Ethical Framework for Good Practice and work within the context of confidentiality and clear ethical boundaries.
