Counselling & Psychotherapy in Hampshire
My name is Sarah and I provide counselling and psychotherapy for individual adults and young people.
Specialisms include coping with bereavement, loss and major life changes, family and relationship difficulties, anxiety and attachment / relational and complex trauma.
My approach to counselling is integrative and relational where the relationship between the client and the therapist is important. I aim to help clients to live more fully, to reconnect with their authentic self, to process and integrate past emotional injury and trauma and to create healthy relationship with self and others.
"Integrative counselling aims to promote healing and facilitate wholeness - ensuring that all levels of a person's being and functioning (mental, physical and emotional health) are maximised to their full potential. Clients must be committed to self-reflection / exploration and be open to identifying what factors in their life are perpetuating problems, and/or are causing current concerns." - Read more about integrative therapy here
